Leaky sunroof

The sunroof on my car has started leaking.Is their any tape i can use to seal it from the outside? until the dry weather returns (if ever).Car is quite old and not worth spending a lot of money on to remedy problem.

Have you checked that the drain holes in the corners of the sunroof are not blocked?
