Hi all.
I just completed a PIR on a property. All the wiring is in really good condition and i found no faults or bad reading on the actual cables themselves.
Whilst i was on site the client mentioned that he has fitted a load of LED lamps in place of the GU10 type lamps to his track light (the type you can move the light anywhere along the track)
He has 3 tracks in total with approx 10 lights to each track. Basically the lamps only last a matter of days. They are only used in working hours and as they are LED lamps the should be lasting forever.
The only thing i can put it down to is a faulty batch.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks

Do you know whre he is getting them from, and how much he is paying per lamp?

Are the lamps of a compatible voltage?

He said they were from WF so i would imagin they were half decent.
I will check voltage (i should have thought of that)
although being a direct replacement of the GU10 lamp i'm sure they're ok. I will check and test the incoming supply.
