led mirror broken

I have a led mirror and 4 of the lights wont come on , do you know antwhere in or around FIFE that i could take it to be fixed ?

assuming its a elcheapo mirror, it will be

a) Not worth it

b) leds / cables too small to fix

c) still not worth it

but do add a picture
