I changed my signature some time ago (about 2 weeks) today the extra bit has appeared, but it has got " in it which i never put there.

Q1. why did it take so long for my signature to change?

Q2. where has the " come from?

Q3. i have changed my signature again, but it shows as what it was.

You may have to sign out and back in again for changes to take effect, I had to do this to change my email address.
