Levelling out a wall

Hi,

I have a wall to tile with mosaic tiles however the wall isn’t level.

With larger tiles I would just loose it in the adhesive however I suspect I will run into trouble with the mosaics

Please can someone recommend something i can use on the wall to level it up, ideally something ready mixed.

I can see a piece of string but not the ends, I think more info would be required.
