As I have now finished decking part of my back garden I have to fix the grass that has been a destroyed a bit.
To make matters worse there is a slope front to back and also a slight slope right to left which I need to gradually level off where it meets the deck.
Below are a couple pictures to give you an idea.
So whats the best way of sorting this mess? At the moment i'm thinking strip the top layer of the remaining grass, try to move some of the existing soil around to level out, top soil and again use that to level out a bit and then turf?..or do I try seeding if i have got top soil all over??
Whats the easiest way of breaking the dirt up - rotovator? or just some hard work with the fork. I am also trying to do this on as small a budget as possible as the decking + other garden work has alreadyy blown the budget
