LG WebOS switching to/from Freesat/Freeview

I had this set a few years, only rarely switch between Freesat and Freeview, but I tried hard looking for a short button sequence, to allow the switch, and failed. The only way I found, was to go into tuning, let it retune only the reception mode you wanted to switch to - it would then remain in that mode..

I've just found a much quicker way Settings > All settings > Programs > Program Tuning > then tick the aerial, and Exit.

Has anyone found a quicker way?
