What do you think of the lidl sds drill,anyone own one?

What, like an SDS drill instead of a lettuce and bunch of bananas?

I know several people who have been really happy with their SDS drills from lidl - very good value and IIRC it has a hammer only action too which is unusual at this price

It has a very high impact rate for this class of drill, and a 3 year warranty if things go wrong. It should do well for normal home use and occasional trade jobs, but probably not for daily use

I've had mine for a year or so. It works pretty well, a little wobbly after some extensive chiseling. Bits, especially the chisels, are a bit iffy though.

It'll do the DIY user nicely.

lidl tools tend to be well made value for money and because they will have none left if they break down you get your money back
