First of all, hello to everyone
The door sometimes needs to be lifted to be locked, usually when the sun has been shining on it.
Door locks fine when is open and handle turned up.
Had the same problem last year and managed to adjust so door locked, though cannot remember what I did.
The blue tack indicates where there are hex key adjusters.
The "Nut" that lifts the door -
Top piece of blu-tack in picture 1
Left most piece of blu-tack in picture 2
... Can only be turned slightly and therefore lifts the door very slightly & not enough to correct the problem.
Thanks for looking at my post,
Please bear in mind that I am dyslexic so sometimes the obvious is very unobvious to me, once i've "Got it" I am fine and can get on with the work.
