Hi

I am moving a radiator from opposite walls and have to lift all the floorboards to do it as they run horizontally. Whats the best way to cut and lift the boards? I bought a board saw but looking at it it could take me forever!!! I read on here that you can use a jig saw...is that right? how can u be sure you'll miss any pipes/cables?

assuming normal floor boards

1 or 2 each side 3 in the middle pass your tube from the centre to either side
or am i misunderstanding the promlem!!!!

Don't *all* floorboards run horizontally? If they didn't, wouldn't they be *wall* -boards? ;)
