Light fitting nightmare

I purchased two ceiling lights for my lounge and dont have a clue how to fit them
Inside of the fitting (Rose side) there is a transformer.
What cables go where?

i am all for DIY but from what you have written i would suggest you seek some help to actually assist you. after all we would like to see you post again.

Blincoe - in any other field of human endeavour would you think it reasonable for you to attempt to do something if you didn't have a clue about it and without making any effort to do a bit of learning before trying?

(BTW - asking here "what cables go where?" is not learning)

Just what made you think it was OK for you to try and fit electrical appliances if you don't have a clue?

Electricity can and does kill if you get it wrong, either by electric shock or by fire.

Please do yourself, your family and your neighbours the favour of buying a DIY and/or house wiring book and learning.
