assuming you are wanting them to switch on at the same time as the main light then yes it would work

Just so I'm clear on this, the finished work will have 5 cables into 1 20A junction box (1 Feed, 2 Lights, 2 Switches).
Inside the box there will be 3 Live to the same terminal (1 Feed, 2 Switches), 4 Live to the same terminal (2 Switches, 2 Lights) and 3 Neutral to the same terminal (1 Feed, 2 Lights).
Each CPC from the 5 cables will go to the same earth terminal.
