Hi, apologises for my ignorance.........I have 4 lights controlled from one switch position, when I disconnected the old switch fitting I did not note down the wiring config! I have a 3C+E and a Twin + E and I am struggling to get all 4 lights working. The switch has 4 x Com and 4 x L1 and L2 terminals.....please help.

Many Thanks

well without more info i guess the twin and earth cable has the permanent live and the switched live for one of your lights so the twin would go accross C & L1 on one of the switches, putting your permanent live in the C terminal. then link from C to C to C terminals with small links of wire then the three cores of the three core go to the remaining L1 terminals. you will need a tester to pick up the permanent live tho

There are switch wiring diagrams in the Wiki - do any of these match your configuration?
