Lighting Q - how many flourescents

I'm asking about proprietary methods, but whats your idea?

Assuming you can find a gland for round cables which will take the bulk of a large T&E but doesn't have an overly large hole in the insert, open the hole out to a rectangular shape with a thin, sharp knife. The three-core cables should fit the T&E glands with a little persuasion.

Sorry - I guess the word "clamping" misled me.

IHNI if you can get IP rated glands for larger sizes, but the OP is installing fluorescent lighting, so he doesn't need larger sizes.
