Hi everyone!
Over the past few years, I've had a minor problem with the plaster flaking a little and turning orange near the top of an inside wall at right angles towards a window. I've never seen it damp, so I assumed it was down to the wall not drying out completely after being plastered and painted over.
However, I've recently noticed that when it rains, there is a drip of water about every 1/2 minute from an outside panel, enclosed in the black circle in the attached photo. So it looks as if I have a minor roof leak, possibly via a cracked roof tile. Or are there more likely causes you can think of?
Cheers in advance,
JMc
