Hi,

Just moved into a new property and have one of these boilers installed. I've put the pressure to just over 1 as I've read it needs to be between 1.0 - 2.0. Power is going to the boiler, I've switched it to hot water and heating, it does attempt to fire up but then light goes to red and 01 is displayed. I've tried 3 times now. Is there anything else I can check or do I need to call a engineer?

Water was coming out the hot water tap but now it is not if this helps.

Thanks in advance....

is the gas turned on at the meter control valve?
01 is failure to light so if there is an actual faul you will need a repair man.

It could well be off Mick, I only know the filling valve is in the correct position. If you could tell me where it is and what position it should be in I will check it m8, thanks for your help man.

Usually next to the gas meter, but if you're in a flat there could be an additional one fitted where the gas pipe enters the flat - almost anywhere, happy hunting :D

Got it working guys, the meter had credit on it but I put more on the card and added it to the meter and it then asks if you want to switch on gas. This did the trick, lesson learned. I'm not used to these pay as you go devices.

Thanks everybody for input!!!

I was wondering if he was really "Theman" and the boiler was a "Linea" !
