Lintel looks like a Breeze Block - will the lintel have metal reinforcement inside?

I am wanting to move a doorway over to the left by 40cm. I have removed some plaster to find the lintel which is 100cm long.

At some point in the job I think I will try to cut through the lintel with a recip. saw (with brick blade). The lintel looks like a breeze block (very similar colour and texture) but I believe it is a lintel (not breeze block) because of its length.

My question is, do these type of lintels have metal reinforcement inside them (which my brick blade might not like too much)?

Can you post a picture? Most lintels are either steel or concrete with steel inside them.
At 1m its only a baby so should be able to handle it out whole?
