Lintel size etc

I am about to break through from my extension to the main house and I am seeking advice re lintels. I have asked building control but they taking their time in replying.

The wall I am breaking through is 9” solid so I am thinking two 100mm x 65 mm reinforced concrete lintels. There is not too much brick work above but the main steel is just over to the right.

Will a couple of concrete lintels suffice or would I need something more substantial?
