live water isolation bar clamp where can i get one

hi folks just had a problem with a mains feed which i have now fixed.

The only i could do it was working on the line while the water was turned on. a plumber friend of mine lent me a type of bar clamp that which has 2 wing nuts on it which just pinches the pipe to stop the flow.

does any one know where i can get from
