Hello
We have recently moved into a property that suffered a fault with the boiler.
The combi boiler is externally located
When we called Company A , a Gas Safe registered engineer, they said that the placement of the boiler is incorrect, in relation to the electricity supply- and that it is dangerous to use.
The previous owners have supplied us with the Gas Safety Certificate dated November 2014, which passed the check and stated it was safe to use? That company was also Gas Safe registered
I have attached both a picture of where the boiler is placed,
We have 2 small children under 5 and am concerned about continued use of the boiler.
Can anyone advise on what I should do given that 2 Gas safe registered engineers have given conflicting information
