Lofra Cookers

i am trying to wire a Lofra cooker to the mains. i have all connections in place up to the cooker but the connections diagram is as follows:

R S (N)
I am thinking this relates to live, neutral and earth but what does R, S and (N) relate to?
Please help!!

Can you post a picture? what does the instructions say? If you dont have a manual, can you look one up on google?
