This is the rear elevation of the roof. Mine on right, neighbours left. There is no party wall visible the roof line, it stops underneath the tiles.
As far as I can see, from the loft space party wall, it is double brick no cavity. It is built up to the feather edge boarding height inside the roof.
The sound insulation between us and next door neighbours, particularly on ground floor is amazingly poor (probably due to living space activity).
