Firstly I apologise for being vague here.
I've bought this house and hopefully will be moving in around Feb/March. Amongst my 100 random thoughts, I wondered if I could do a loft extension. It's a semi detached property built in 1970s I think.
However the roof doesn't look very high to me and I've no idea if this would even be doable. Forgetting planning permission, does this even look possible?
I saw the side part and I suppose that could be extended to a second level. Although I did wonder why that hadn't been done already.
These are very fleeting thoughts so just brain storming and don't know much about this. If it all goes through, we will obviously measure, research and plan properly.
