I'm planning to have my loft converted, and am aware of several key issues, including the need to consider buildings regs requirements, insulation/condensation requirements and load issues on the beams.
I'm planning to engage expert help, but will be able to do some of the jobs myself (plastering for example).
However, I'd be interested if anyone could recomend any specific sources of info, particular books or guidnace that could give me a feel for all the issues that I need to consider.
