Loft Help

Just want some advice regarding my loft,

it's quite large so i was wondering could i just get the floor done as you would for loft storage and build it into a cinema room, basically a floor, projector and a chair pretty much.

Or perhaps just an office, ie not to be slept in etc.

or will i still need permission etc to do so.

No. Anything other than storing Christmas decorations and suitcases needs permission.
