Loft ladder recommendation?

I'd like to replace my rickety pull down aluminium loft ladder with a good quality replacement, probably wooden?
Would need to be heavy duty to be able to take heavy weight (the wife).
Any recommendations please?

screwfix do a nice one . includes the wood surround and pulls down in 3 pieces with the hatch. spring assisted ,they require a large opening cut though and not the easiest to fit. did one a few months ago.

This BPS ladder looks good, and has a 300kg limit which is more than most. But its also dearer than most.

Well my troll friend, to illustrate by example, why not try your experiments in a low level hip roof loft that contains a few purlins?
