loft ladder

Does anybody know of aloft ladder which only requires 23 inches of roof space above it?

All the ones I've seen need 27 inches.

ive got a concertina type loft ladder had it for over 25 years folds down to about 16"
dont know if you can still get them unfortunately ive just looked and theres no name or markings on it whatsover

aha done a search under "concertina loft ladders" and came up with the identical[mines got round treads sore on the naked feet]ladder

there is dozens of other ladders so you may find a normal type ladder if thats what you need
