Have noticed that the water level in the lavatory pan is low. It's OK for quite a time after a flush, but first thing there is hardly any water in it. Have checked all around the base of the pan for leaks, and there aren't any.

Anyone any ideas what could be causing this?

Cheers

Check for partialy blocked drains round the house...get lifting those manholes :x

Chaps, could you explain that a bit more. I thought that if there was a blockage that the water level would rise not subside. Cheers
