Loose door fame - help!

I'm stuck! Several of the door frames in my house have worked loose over the years. Ther are all fixed in breezeblock, I've tried fixing one with a log screw & plasplug, but it hasn't worked. Any ideas??

Try those hammer in screws, make sure you follow the drilling depth instructions carefully otherwise you will end up with the bugger sticking out of the frame and you can`t remove it for the life of you lol.
