Losing pressure

Hello posting this again with more info and because of timewasters, thought i had initially posted it on a comedy forum.

I have a vokera linea 726 or 730 that should put about 11litres a minute throught the hot water tap and has done since it was installed about 3 years ago but last 4 months or so the hot water pressure is now no more than a quick trickle, nothing has been changed except went from 3 standard rads in living room down to 2 old fashioned cast iron rads about 8 months ago, anyone have an idea how to get my flow rate back up again fro hot water??

Remove flow restrictor & sling it (it is on connection to heat ex @ rhs of boiler)
