been a lousy morning, heavy rain, done my chores and the wife is going out with her mother, its now 1.25pm so I am going upstairs for a kip

pretty much the same here, its not stopped raining all day for even a minute.
just been doing chores, cleaned the oven, microwave and done the laundry. Cleaned the bathroom and changed the bed linen! they say a womans work is never done, but today it feels like a mans work is never done for me.

Just about stopped raining here now (within the last 1/2hr. Got to go out later, so I hope it dries up a bit.
