Hi , a mate has new bolier

He has good cold water flow but hot flow is slow. Its a combi 24kw. any ideas

Its a forolli

thanks

Has the low flow just started? Was it OK before the cold weather. 24kW is small and will struggle in this weather.

Its been like it since the day it was installed.

My mate thought it was just a crap boiler but i thought forolli was a good make and my heatline 24kw boiler flows the water very fast.

He has plenty of heat there, he says its to hot to get in a bath without adding cold water to it.

The obvious answer is to ask the installer about it if he unhappy with the performance.

Or measure the flow rate and temperature rise if you waht to check the performance yourself.

Yes,he is going to ring the installer. Like i say he thought it was down to a cheap boiler.

I take it that its not correct? any ideas of what the fault could be. I presume there is a fault because my boiler is the same power and flows very well.

However i have not seen how slow it flows with my own eyes but i know my hot a cold flow is around the same.
