Loose the plastic finials and twiddly bits - and probably the gutterand you have indeed sorted it
particularly if it`s surrounded by a metal roof on the flat - leading onto the tiled area.
Yes, they do sell it without the twiddly bits, and - the gutter. Just that was the only pic I could get.
And a metal roof will be good.
