Low power electrical cable with heat resistant insulation?

Would appreciate some advice please...

Where can I purchase 22AWG (0.64mm diam. conductor) mutli-stranded, single conductor electrical cable/wire that has heat resistant insulation to at least 100C? 20AWG (0.81 mm diam.) or 21AWG (0.72mm diam.) would also be fine.

Despite extensive 'googling', I've only found single strand 'Kynar' wire.
