Hi there,

I have a problem i hope you can please help me with:-

The shower we have a home runs fine when the temp is up rather high (hot water comes from a combi boiler) However, when you turn the shower temp down the water starts to pulse and if you turn it even colder it stops running all together...

I have inspected the pipes under the bath (that run from the bath taps up to the shower unit) and there is some sort of device attached to the cold water pipe (it allows a knob to be turned on the device which i guess restricts the pipe size - a pressure regulator maybe??).

There is not a problem running the bath taps, the pressure is fine.

Any idea?

Many thanks for looking.

Thanks for your reply,

The filter in the Shower or the pressure valve?

The system was only installed a year ago, and it has never really worked.

Was new when it was fitted (before we moved in to the house) and it has never worked.

Will check tho now,

Cheers once again,

Anyone any other ideas?
