I need one for a job.
One job.

You'd think it would be easy... high-torque low-speed drill, down to 150rpm, 240V, impact not required, half-inch chuck.
Seems to be a unicorn.

Easier in 110V, but I'm in line for a new hip, can't be lugging one of those transformers around.

Any recommendations please?

Yes, I have a Titan... but not much oomph at low speed.

A variable speed is no use if you need low speed AND torque, as the speed reduces, so does the torque. You need a drill, which is either low speed, or includes a gearbox to reduce the speed to what you need.

SDS are quite slow, could you run one without the hammer?
