hi all, i need to hire a van to move daughters furniture etc
was thinking of hiring a Luton 3.5 tonne van would there be enough room in one to hold a double bed, 2 average sized wardrobes, chest drawers, fridge, 3 seater setee and a few oddments cheers P M

Yes, you should be fine with that. and dependant on how you stack things you may also have quite a bit of space left over (ie drawers / fridge could be put on the settee / things placed in the wardrobes etc).

I assume you will get a Luton with a tail lift on it. And hopefully get a mate to assist you!

Make sure the furniture is not to large to get into your daughters house / flat!! (it happens more and more with todays modern houses )
