Not a problem for a decent builder.
He could also of course use lower power LEDs to start with that are splurges rather than spots.

Mains voltage has been used in bathrooms since the dawn of electricity with no problems.

It depends what you mean by "problem"; they are allowed as long as stated suitable by the manufacturer.
