Main Bonding for the supply to the Met Block

Hi hope you can help

The braided wire form the main supply to the met block can anyone tell me that it is made from and what size it is, or are there different sizes. i.e now days it would be 16mm copper.

It takes various forms, depending on cable type and age. Sometimes it is tinned copper strands, sometimes it is tinned copper tape. Unlikely to be 16mm2 if elderly.
