Cheap version of a Baxi Potterton - same stable lower price, a medocre boiler at a good price, you could buy better such as Atag, Vaillant, Remeha & Viessmann to name a few 
Thanks for the reply boilerman. The price i've been offered is £300 to £400 less than Vaillant or WB of simlar spec. Just seems such a good deal to ignore.

they cost more than the baxi to make and more reliable and cheaper they are standard land lord boiler for good reason
Two good comments so far. Looks like a good choice afterall.
Great boiler for the money, fitted loads. Had a few probs with E168 but baxi have been pretty good about it.... and it's not like you're paying vaillant money!
