You have a typical SMALL house there. You want to add a shower.

JUST DO IT!

With diversity applied to an install like that, you will be WELL in.

The NIC would likely laugh that you have contacted the DNO!

Do you really think there is any likelyhood of the immersion drawing 15amp, the cooker drawing 30amp, the sockets drawing 30amp and the lights 6? all at the same time? Even individually I would bet they are not going to be fully loaded.

If this is for your NIC inspection, I would look again at the provision of RCD protection. It is more than likely not just the bathroom circuits you neet to consider.
