Hi, when bonding water & gas copper pipes is it acceptable to only use one10mm cable to both pipes as long as there is not a break in the cable, so cable is continuous to both pipes

You may run two seperate cables, from the main earth terminal.
I was trying to avoid using the 2 cables as it is difficult to feed them through ,
I seen something on the Internet where it said the 1 cable could be used as long as it wasn't cut,

Had a electrician round today for a eicr test he said the 10mm cable to gas pipe is fine
the 6mm cable to water main also fine as it is not a new install,
