Hello to all
I know a lot has already been discussed on this forum about wether to pull the fuse or get the local electric board to do it.
I phoned the leb and asked for a quote on how much it would cost for them to remove the fuse then come back later that day and replace it,they quoted me £52.13 for them to do,or if the sparky was happy to remove it to do the work on the new cu board then they would come and replace the fuse and seals free of charge.
guess what my choice is

I expect you will find the sparky will want to replace the fuse himself after he has finished. Nobody would walk away from that job knowing live bits are exposed.

hope so,what i should of said was that the leb would replace the seal
