Having just had a power outage in the middle of the night, I'd like to get a power loss alarm.
Or maybe several that I can place around the house.

The only ones I can find seem to be either expensive, or not available!

So a simple 'plug into a socket' device would be a preferable option.

Any suggestions as to where I could find such an item would be appreciated.

No idea about a specific device.

if you wanted to do this as a stand alone system, you could get a bell box and turn on the back up battery, power from a plug, when the mains fails the bell box will ring for 15 mins?

Thanks

Ideally I'd like something like this to put in two or three rooms, but unless expensive import from the US it appears unavailable.

I've seen the last one on your list, but didn't really want one that would wake the dead!

However I'll probably have to go with it and hope it's one of those devices that you never need if you have one!
