Major damage from air handler leak! Video..

I made this quick video to show the damage a leaking air handler drip pan did to our bathroom floor. It's located in the hallway right behind the bathroom behind a door that never get's opened. There's no telling how long it was leaking but I'm sure it was a good while. We first started noticing cracking in the motar shower pan and tile. Well we figured it was just the house settling a little. Then started noticing 1/4in gaps above the crown molding. Decided to tackle it and was shocked at what I saw. Joist rotten, floor under shower rotten, just a big mess. I forgot to take quite a few pic's (was kinda busy,lol) but if you watch the clip video I think you'll get what I'm talking about.. Enjoy.. mud brick was the wrong choice of words i guess. Good old mortar bed and membrane shower! House is a modular so ground moisture isn't a problem being up off the ground..airhandler moisture is another story!
