Making a stud wall and door frame sizes

Hi all

Need to make a few stud walls to break up a very large room and add a few door frames

Question is what size timber should I be using and also what size door frames? So many options when looking

Unless your rooms are exceptionally tall 3 x 2 studding will do the job, clad with 12mm plasterboard. Your doors might be 6ft 6in x 2ft 6in (1981 x 762mm) or possibly same height x 2ft 3 in wide
