Makita BDF451 and BHP451

I've had the BHP452 (anniversary edition) for quite a few months now, and I can't rate it highly enough. The torque as already mentioned is inbelievable and the power is always there.

The Li-Ion batteries last quite some time, and charge within 20minuts so can't complain there either!

Well got the BHP451 in the end  I suspect its the same gearbox as my 8444. However that one didn't really give me much grief. Anyway I'm trading it in at a local tool shop who is giving me a good price so the Li-iOn will be my main drill now and so far so good. I used to always slate them!

That's because Li-Ion used to be very poor. However, as with all new technology, they're getting VERY good these days.
