Manhole cover replacement

Hi I am getting my patio re done but this drain cover is so old it will look so out of place the size of the cover is 675l x 500w but with the slit edges, I have looked online but no luck, just want something that's new so won't look so bad on the eye, if anyone can help that would be great.

Redo your patio in / with what?

Him again probably got his wife/partner to lift & replace the man hole covers at his place
