Hi,

Just been fitting Eaves trays to my 30 year old roof and did not find a single eaves clip or a batten clip on the second row up.

Think the whole Barratt estate will be like this.

Looked at Marleys site and they say eaves clips should be fitted.

Is it worth going back up and fitting some ?

Have you, in 30 years had a problem due to lack of clips?

Do you mean verge clips?

Hi,

Have not had any major tile slips but with the winds and weather getting so much worse these days wondered if they might be a prudent measure.

I do mean eaves clips to the bottom row of tiles, verge clips are intact, though not sure how often they have actually fixed the tile batten clips, think its supposed to be every five rows ?

The clipping patterns for the tiles varies depending on location, exposure etc.
Every tile on eaves course should always be clipped though.
