Any advice on how to remove those nasty 1970s Marley tiles from walls please? And the adhesive?!

Also, with a decent primer (e.g. bullseye 123), can they be painted over?

It depends on the wall behind the tiles. if it is a plasterboard (drywall); then I would advice you remove the plaster wall and install a brand new one. It does not cost much.

Otherwise if it is masonry wall; then you will have to use force to remove the tiles; and then remove the adhesive with a knife.

cheers.

Jasmine.
